we’re confident you’ll love your Se-Brazil purchase. If not, please contact us at orders@ssmoothskinsupply.com within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for return, the item(s) must be unopened and unused.

Please pack items securely to ensure they arrive in good condition. *you will be responsible for the return shipping*

We issue refunds (minus any shipping fee that was originally covered by us) to your original payment method within 10 days of receipt of the returned items.

Any sale items or free gifts are final sale - no returns or exchanges allowed.

NO REFUNDS on expedited shipping fees paid by the customer all orders are processed for shipping in  1-2 business days. Some orders will take longer to process depending on order volume.
